Welcome to Chameleon (the “Game”). By playing the Game — in a web browser or as a mobile app — you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
Chameleon is a free hide-and-seek camouflage game. It is provided free of charge, with no purchases, no subscriptions, and no accounts required. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
The Game is intended for a general audience and is family-friendly. If you are a minor, please make sure a parent or guardian is aware that you are playing. By playing, you confirm you are able to form a binding agreement or have permission from a parent or guardian.
When playing, especially in online multiplayer with others, you agree that you will not:
We may limit or block access to anyone who abuses the Game or these Terms.
The only content you provide is a display name you choose. You are responsible for the name you enter and must not use one that infringes others’ rights or violates the acceptable-use rules above.
The Game, including its code, artwork, and design, is owned by its creators and is protected by applicable laws. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game for your own entertainment. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute the Game or its assets without permission.
Online multiplayer is powered by Google Firebase. Your use of online features may also be subject to Google’s applicable terms. If you install the mobile app, your use is additionally subject to the terms of the app store you obtained it from (for example, the Apple App Store or Google Play).
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creators of the Game will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Game. Because the Game is free, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to use it — which is zero.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
